Technicaly no because mecha dinos are Biomechanical organisms which mean they are also living creatures which means no thingypit. However you could ride on top of it if you are willing to risk getting hurt in combat.

They are Biomechanical organisms which means they are machines but they are alive at the same time.

It doesn't have to be completely and scientifically correct.
